Congratulations to Raynham Debate Team who won our Trust Debating Competition this year. In a close second place were Galliard.
On Friday the 5th of July Fleecefield's Digital Ambassadors visited Wilbury for a morning of activities exploring Physical Computing.
We are delighted to welcome Eldon Primary as our sixth school and look forward to working in collaboration with them, and in support of them, to continue their journey beyond good.
On Friday 22nd March, children from across Children First Trust came together for our first joint computing activity – Astro PI: Mission Zero. Children were invited to take part in the European Astro Pi Challenge 2023/24 which offers them the chance to have their code run in space!
On February the 19th we had a training day for all of the staff at Children First.
Since April 2023 all five of our schools have had their inspections.
Following our OFSTED inspection on 18th and 19th April. We are delighted to report that Wilbury Primary School has been graded ‘good’ overall and ‘outstanding’ for two key areas – behaviour and attitudes and Early Years.
On Friday 20th January, 31 children and 4 staff members travelled to the O2 Arena to take part in Young Voices 2023 – the largest school choir in the world!
Raynham children are proud to be recognised for their sustainability contributions as the school receives the International School Award Intermediate Certificate awarded by the British Council as well as becoming the regional winner of the TfL STARS Sustainable Travel STARS Award for North London. Furthermore, Eco-Schools praises our children as ‘wonderful ambassadors for Eco-Schools’ as it awards Raynham with Eco-Schools Green Flag with merit.
Raynham is proud to be the first mainstream school to achieve Enfield's Inclusion Charter Champion status.
